Hey fam - can y’all believe how much has changed in just a year? If there’s one thing I’m grateful for in this time we’ve had this past year it has to be learning how to properly nourish and care for my fully transitioned curls. One major tip I learned when it comes to my hair is the less I wash it, the better! Our hair naturally produces the oils it needs to nourish itself and if you over-wash, you’re stripping your hair of this. Therefore, my curly routine consists of washing my hair at most once a week.

Having that said, when I do wash and style my curls, I need the products to be on point! I need cleansing, but I also need hydration. I need definition and I need longevity. And I’ve found just the products to carry all that weight: Briogeo’s Curl Charisma line! The shampoo and conditioner are infused with rice amino acids (hello hair growth!) and shea butter which hydrates the hair. This line is also infused with tomato fruit ferment extract to enhance definition of the curls, helping my wash and go’s last the full week! Not to mention, they contain no harsh sulfates, silicones or parabens, so you can rest assured you’re using clean products on your hair.
