Ban the Bun - My Go To Duo for In-Between Hair Days

Where are my girls struggling to make it to your next wash day at? There’s this universal, unspoken rule that once your hair goes up in a bun, there’s no going back until your next wash day and it’s so true! I for one do everything in my power to avoid brushing my hair back as I know it’s game over if I do. Cue my go-to the Waterless Collection by Pantene!

I wanted to show y’all my usual hairstyle around day 3/4. I tend to throw half of my hair up, leaving some of my “curly bangs” out, and I’ll add a headband, scarf or cute pins to dress it up a bit. Before I do this this, I go in with the Pantene Cheat Day Dry Shampoo Foam + Mist Behaving Dry Conditioner Mist to make sure my hair holds out for another few days. For reference I wash my hair about once a week, and co-wash every other “wash day”, so these little hacks are how I keep my hair fresh in-between washes. For the dry shampoo foam, I dispense a small amount on my fingertips and massage at the roots to get rid of any excess oil but also refreshes my hair style. I also spray the dry conditioner mist at the ends of my hair to smooth out my ends and control frizz.

I also have to take into account shoot days and keeping my hair ready to take on different hairstyles. Oftentimes I shoot 3 or 4 concepts in a day, so having my hair pulled back into a single style just isn’t ideal - hence why I swear by this duo. What I love most about these two is that they’re totally curly girl-friendly - since they’re free of alcohols, sulfates, parabens and don’t leave your hair feeling too rough and unworkable.
