Hey babes! How are your weeks going so far?

I just got back from a weekend getaway to Orlando and I'm supah-sad to be back in the frigid weather. Now more than ever I'm looking forward to my birthday escape to the southwest or as I keep calling it, the wild wild west! To sum that up, my bestie Carmen and I decided to book tickets to Phoenix, Arizona to celebrate both of our special days (we were born a week apart!) in our dream destination. I probably won't stop snapping from the moment I get off the plane till the moment I leave, so expect tons of photos from that!

This look is one my brother Andres and I shot back in December (yes, I could still wear my bare legs and not die!) in which I layered some classics like this biker jacket and the gray turtle neck, with some not so basics like this cute skirt and fuzzy cardi. And of course I can't forget about the star of this look: my topshop laceup flats which I scored for 24 bucks! I'd been on the hunt for a pair like these for ages but of course my thrifty soul wouldn't let me pay Aquazzura prices for them, so I waited, and it definitely paid off, pun intended.
