Tips for Staying Active While Traveling

It's no secret that I've been living on a plane these last few months. Ever since jumping over to full-time content creator in February I've taken advantage of the time flexibility and have booked myself up. With that said, staying fit and active has sort of taken a back seat in my current lifestyle, but that's something I've been working to change. So today I wanted to share some tips that have helped me with shifting my mentality when it comes to traveling and and staying active! 

1. Always pack a workout set
I know it seems very "on the nose" but you'd be surprised how much this changes your mindset while traveling. Just having your workout gear in your luggage can motivate you to get moving. This sweet set by Betsey Johnson has been my go-to in recent travels. It's super comfortable and I love that I get to express my sense of style while working out. The print is everything!

2. Do your research
Not every destination will have traditional gyms available for you, but you can totally get creative. Research local classes, nearby parks (if safe) or even apps you can use to stay active in your travels. It's all about finding what works for you and making it a priority. 

3. Schedule it in
I'm personally a morning workout type of gal because I like checking it off my list before I find a million excuses not to. When traveling, it helps if you set time aside for working out when you're making your itinerary or planning out your days away. That way, you'll have no excuse not to shake what your momma gave ya!
