MAY FAVORITES

Hi babes! Can you guys believe we're already at the end of May?! I feel like we were screaming "happy new year!" just two seconds ago...

Either way, I've been wanting to share with you guys the things I'm currently obsessing over for a while, in a sort of roundup environment. And since May is coming to an end I though, favorite things? end of the month? monthly favorites, duh!

Continue scrolling for the things I probably need professional help to stay away from these days.

I have to admit, I didn't really understand the hype behind this product until I tried it for myself. But this girl just became the latest Simple cult member. I'm telling you guys, this stuff is pure gold! Not only does completely cleanse all impurity and make up, but it does so in a way that's super gentle to the skin and feels incredibly fresh. I totally traded in my makeup removing wipes for this holy water and haven't looked back not once!

This guy was definitely playing hard to get but was well worth the wait! The 35O offers a range of earthy-to-nude tones, both baked and matte, that are perfect for day-to-night looks. It's been traveling with me everywhere I go lately!

Loving these guys for highlighting and for blending in any transition color on my lids. And yes, they're on the pricier side of beauty but completely worth it. You feel and see the difference in makeup application with these two.

When I tell you this is the dreamiest nude pink you'll ever find I'm not exaggerating...not one bit! The texture, like the name suggest, is super matte which I personally enjoy because it lasts pretty much all day. Some may argue that it's too drying, which it can be, so make sure you're hydrating your lips with your balm of choice pre and post applying this shade. Also, any flakiness will translate pretty evidently so make sure you're scrubbing frequently if you struggle with overly dry lips.

Ok so someone seriously needs to take this thing away from me. It's a good thing that my 9-5 doesn't allow hats because otherwise I'd live with this thing on. It's just perfect with absolutely everything! From days at the beach to chilling at the park to even traveling. And I love that it's a darker brown, allowing for more color-combos hence more #OOTD possibilities.

I just picked these bad-boys up not too long ago but haven't put them down since. They can be a bit tedious with the whole making them stay in place thing, but once you get the hang of it, they're fabulous. I love how minimalist they are which, again, permits for a wider range of outfit options. Currently rocking them with cute summer frocks, shorts and even culottes!

Anyone that knows me knows I'm a total coffee addict. Which is why, when I found this cold brew that tasted like pure heaven, it was pretty much love at first sip. Grady's comes already made, grounded or in the beans, so you can make it as you wish. Another plus: it's a NOLA style brew which, after Colombian coffee, is the tastiest I've ever had. Currently loving this with a tad bit of milk and ice for the hotter summer days!

What were you guys obsessing over this past month? Let me know in the comments below!

xx,
Chels.

  5. Wait, what's this palette and why do I not have it yet??? I'm all about bronze and nudes. My other palettes will feel like neglected step-children if I get it before finishing them up. I just know it.

I actually just rediscovered my teenage closet (thanks to mom for refusing to throw anything out when I moved) so I've been waiting to wear a metallic one-piece bathing suit I picked up when I was 17 and never wore before.....not sure if that's a good or bad thing. Anyway, obsessing over that. ;p
