Now that the weather is finally warming up here in NYC, I'm both happy and incredibly sneezy. Allergy season is in full swing but hey, at least my ankles aren't freezing to death every time I step out, right?!
A little update on my crazy hectic life: in the past week I decided to go on a last minute trip to Mexico, had an article PUBLISHED on my recent trip to Arizona with Carmen (yes way!) and was approached by a destination that's been on my travel list fo-re-ver to go visit. So yeah, pretty safe to say my plate is slightly full at the moment. But I couldn't be more ecstatic about it.
Now, for the look. We shot this back when it was freezing (notice the fire red hands) but we're finally at that point where it's ok to wear this outside without the fear of loosing a limb or two. The aztec print jacket was the center piece of this look so I muted out the rest with this black turtle neck-which I've worn to its death-and my trusty black H&M skirt. I played up the red accents in the jacket with this mango crossbody (total bargain at a solid $18 bucks) and kept the rest of the accessories minimal.
Wishing you all an amazing rest of your week!
