So I'm currently writing to you all from 38892 feet above sea level! Crazy, I know. It's quite unbelievable how far technology has come these days. But hey, if they've managed to teleport an atom I shouldn't be so baffled over Wifi access on a plane right?
The look I'm sharing today is the only one I managed to shoot while in Austin. Since we were only there for 48 hours and had a jam-packed itinerary with all the things we couldn't leave town without doing, outfit shoots did come last on the list of priorities (unfortunately). But I'm glad we were able to squeeze this one in because it's pretty representative of what I was able* to wear while in Austin, due to the heat that is. I paired a light sleeveless top with a bouncy short skirt for the maximum amount of ventilation possible. I also played on the whole "cowboy" trend (more like lifestyle for Texans) by adding this western belt to the mix and finished it off with my essential accessories: aviator sunnies and a medium crossbody satchel. I also threw on my trusty ol' MK gladiator sandals because they simply go with everything and are mega comfortable.
I hope you guys enjoy this look and (like I've said in the last three-hundred posts it seems) stay tuned for CAOL's guide to Austin coming soon.
Chao for now!
